Pontiq is ready in minutes. The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment details — so you can find out risk-free whether Pontiq fits your lab.

Sign-up

1. Open the registration page and enter your email address and a secure password.
2. Confirm your email address via the link in the confirmation email.
3. Set up your lab: lab name, country and preferred language. These details later appear on documents such as the delivery note.

Registration automatically creates an organization for your lab. You are the owner of this organization and can invite team members later.

Basic settings

Right after starting, check three things under Settings:

• Lab profile: address and contact details — they are used on PDF documents (delivery note, declaration of conformity).
• Language: Pontiq is available in German, English, Spanish, Italian and French. Every team member can pick their own language.
• Notifications: choose what you want to be informed about by email or push, e.g. new cases in the inbox.

The demo connection

To let you test Pontiq with realistic data right away, there is the Pontiq Demo connection. It creates sample cases with scan files in your inbox — ideal for trying the pipeline, 3D viewer and documents before connecting your first real scanner.
