Understanding plans and limits
Pontiq has four plans. The principle: all scanner integrations are included in every paid plan — you never pay per integration.

With yearly billing all plans cost 10 monthly prices — two months free.

What happens at the limit?
- Cases: when the monthly quota is reached, either enable overage cases (billed per case) or let new cases wait until the next month starts. Nothing is lost — incoming cases stay in the inbox.
- Users: extra users are available as an add-on (12 EUR/month) or via a plan upgrade.
- AI credits: when credits are used up, AI features pause until the month rolls over — or book the AI pack (+500 credits, 29 EUR/month).
What is never deleted
Orders, order data and generated documents are kept permanently — on every plan, including Free. The retention period applies exclusively to the large raw scan files (STL/PLY). After it expires only those files are removed; the order itself remains fully documented.
With the Unlimited archive add-on (19 EUR/month) or on the Business plan, all scan files are also kept forever.
Changing plans
Upgrades and downgrades are possible at any time, effective with the next billing period. There is no minimum term; monthly plans can be cancelled monthly.
