Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum term?
On monthly billing you can cancel at the end of any month — no minimum term. Yearly billing runs for the chosen 12-month period; in return you save two monthly fees.
What do I save with yearly billing?
On yearly billing you pay 10 monthly prices for 12 months — 2 months free. The term is then 12 months.
What happens when I hit my case limit?
New cases keep coming in; nothing is lost. Extra cases are only billed if you have actively enabled extra-case billing — otherwise you wait for the next month or change plan.
Will my data ever be deleted?
Orders and documents are never deleted — on any plan. Only large raw scan files (STL/PLY) have a retention period depending on the plan.
Where is my data hosted?
Exclusively in data centers in the EU, GDPR-compliant. A data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract.
How do I cancel?
Directly in your account settings or informally by email — effective at the end of the current billing month.
