No right of withdrawal for businesses

Pontiq is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of sec. 14 BGB (in particular dental laboratories). A statutory right of withdrawal under secs. 312g, 355 BGB exists only for consumers; businesses have no such right. By registering you confirm that you act in the exercise of your trade or self-employed professional activity.

Should a contract exceptionally be concluded with a consumer contrary to section 1.2 of our terms, the following applies:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification, using the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to your notification, compared with the total scope of the contract.

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after your express consent and your confirmation that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
