Pontiq’s AI helps with routine lab work — it does not replace clinical decisions. Available from Starter (no AI on Free).

What the AI can do

• Case summaries from notes and order data
• Extraction of material, shade and teeth from order notes
• Production template suggestions and step prep
• Draft replies to dentists (status updates)
• Voice notes (speech-to-text) for quick capture

Limits

AI usage runs on monthly AI credits (see Plans and limits). When credits are used up, AI features pause until the next month — or book the AI pack add-on.

Privacy

The AI never receives patient names or dentist contact details. References stay pseudonymous.
